Creating a positive client outcome will always be at the forefront of my advice. I have, through years of experience, recognised the importance of building a strong relationship with my clients, promoting confidence and trust with each decision on our journey together.
Education for the younger generation on financial security has always been sparse, and the benefits of starting their investment journey early are not always well advertised, however, with the right guidance and advice, making plans should never be overlooked.
As a Practice we specialise in intergenerational wealth planning, inheritance tax planning and all aspects of personal and business advice. However, alongside this I am also passionate about financial wellbeing, personally and within your workplace and will soon begin working with local companies to develop in house sessions as a workplace benefit.
I enjoy meeting my clients face to face, although I’m aware this might not always be possible, so I aim to be as flexible as I can to accommodate all needs. If there’s a kettle in sight, or a coffee shop nearby I’m happy to talk through aims and goals and build the trust and confidence that is paramount for a meaningful long-term relationship.
If you would like to meet (either in person or virtually) for a no obligation chat to see if you would like me to work with you on your future financial health, please give me a call.
As most youngsters did in my era, I wanted to be the very best at something growing up. My desire to provide an unparalleled service led me to work within the hospitality sector in my early teens. After working with some of the most prestigious Estates in Sussex I gained an internationally recognised higher-level diploma in Hospitality Management.
The client care involved, and the effect you could have on an individual, family or business was extremely rewarding. I built some fantastic connections however, the role was transactional, and I came to realise I much preferred developing longstanding relationships.
When discovering my second son was on his way, I realised it was time to focus on a career in Financial Services, as is an area which I had always respected, and one I soon realised I have a natural affinity to.
When meeting with Peter and the team, I quickly understood they held the same core values of exceptional client care as me within Financial Services environment so there was no looking back! I worked for almost 2 years as a paraplanner within the Practice, and gained an enormous amount of knowledge and experience alongside the mentoring Peter and Eleanor provided. This experience led me to enrol on the St. James's Place Financial Adviser Academy, and after a rigorous examination and training process I received my regulatory approval at the start of 2023. I thoroughly enjoy using my experience and training to help people recognise and achieve their financial goals, whether that’s initiating a retirement plan, investing in an ISA, or ensuring that accumulated wealth is passed down to the people they care for.
When I’m not in the office checking every statistic under the sun, I’ll probably be with my wife Charlotte and our 2 small boys, walking round Petworth park, or playing golf (poorly) at our local club in Chichester. My door is always open, and the kettles never 2 minutes from being boiled.
